The Scubapro folding tank handle for diving cylinders is mounted to the dive tank neck using an Allen Key. 

Made in Italy with high-quality materials, this handle folds 90 degrees. It's simple to attach and use, allowing you to carry your dive tank by the handle instead of the valve.  

Please note that over time and use, the mounting screw may become slightly loose, as with all tank handles and requires tightening to ensure the handle remains securely in place.
