The Santi Heated Flex 2.0 Undersuit offers a thinner, more flexible alternative for divers seeking less bulk. It works perfectly for shorter dives in cold waters or long, demanding dives in warmer environments. 

Thanks to the Climashield Contour fabric, Santi heated suit allows for full flexibility in every direction. Consequently, you experience unique mobility and a streamlined profile compared to the heavier BZ420X Heated Undersuit. This lightweight design ensures you stay agile while maintaining critical core warmth throughout your entire dive.

To power the internal heating wires, use the Santi Drysuit Connector or Thermovalve 303. Santi offers three battery options: Battery 9Ah, Blue Power 14Ah and Blue Power 28Ah.

Advanced Heating Efficiency

The Santi Heated Flex 2.0 Undersuit features highly efficient heating wires that deliver optimal thermal comfort during dives. Most of the generated heat passes directly to your body for maximum effectiveness. 

Furthermore, the non-quilted fabric retains heat closer to your skin for much longer. This construction significantly improves thermal properties without adding unnecessary weight to your gear. As a result, you remain warm even when the heating is not on.

For the best results, wear Santi heated undersuit over a thin thermal underlayer to direct heat toward your body safely. Additionally, a built-in safety switch prevents overheating and ensures a steady current flow.
