Santi BZ200 Undersuit - Breathable Thermal Balance

The Santi BZ200 Undersuit features an insulating layer made of high-class compressed Thinsulate 200. This specialised insulation absorbs less than 1% of moisture relative to its own weight. 

Consequently, the material retains its full insulating ability even in damp conditions. This breathable fabric guarantees a consistent thermal balance for the diver's body. When paired with a suitable base layer, it performs perfectly during long dives in extremely difficult conditions.

Advanced Materials and Smooth Construction

Santi constructs the outer layer from Polyamide, a lightweight, extremely durable, and breathable fabric. The smooth and slippery outer shell helps you slide into your drysuit with minimal effort. 

Furthermore, the micropolar lining provides extra comfort and warmth against the skin. This combination results in a high warmth rating of 1.30 CLO. 

These materials ensure your thermal protection remains effective throughout the entire dive.

Functional Features for Technical Diving

This undersuit includes three convenient pockets, specifically two on the hip and one on the chest. Additionally, water-resistant cuffs and air-supply tapes for dry glove systems come standard with this model. 

The two-way zip allows for routing the p-valve hose. Elastic waist and shoulder gussets allow for complete freedom of movement underwater. Wide 10cm elastic ankle bands prevent the suit legs from rising up during your dive.

FREE "Made to Fit" service

Very few divers require a totally made-to-measure suit due to the wide range of standard sizes available from Santi Diving. With this in mind, Santi offers a free-of-charge Made-to-Fit service to any standard Santi Undersuit ordered, sculpting standard suits to a divers' measurements.

With your undersuit order, you can request up to 4 changes (ranging from 2 to 5 cm) to any of the standard size measurements listed under the chest, inner arm, biceps, forearm, waist, hips, inner leg, thigh, calf or body trunk on the Santi size chart.

If you would require more than 4 changes to make your suit perfect, you can add two more changes for a small additional charge.
