Fourth Element Xenos ARC 5mm Wetsuit - Women's
Fourth Element Xenos ARC Wetsuit - Effortless Donning with Exceptional Thermal Performance
Engineered for the rigorous demands of liveaboard diving and multiple daily dives, the Fourth Element Xenos ARC 5mm Wetsuit delivers both effortless donning and superb thermal performance. Consequently, it is an ideal, versatile, all-round diving suit.
Fourth Element crafts this suit from natural rubber, a renewable, sustainable alternative to traditional neoprene. This material offers a fantastic balance of warmth, durability, and flexibility, fitting like a second skin.
Low-friction, fast-dry linings in the arms and legs ensure you can get into and out of the suit quickly, even during short surface intervals. Additionally, Thermoflex insulation in the core effectively helps you retain warmth.
Furthermore, triple-glued, blind-stitched seams minimise water ingress, which dramatically improves overall thermal efficiency. Ultra-stretch recycled linings allow for completely unrestricted movement. Finally, a combination of a Glideskin neck seal, Hydrolock wrist seals, and internal silicone ankle seals keeps cold water out.
What’s so Special?
Made to minimise our impact: Fourth Element has spent two decades building this suit using our deep experience and knowledge. The result is a suit that not only performs at the highest level but also looks excellent and meets their crucial sustainability goals. The Fourth Element Xenos ARC 5mm Wetsuit offers superior performance, whilst making sure its eco-friendly materials outperform traditional neoprene, all without costing the Earth.
Developed for Performance
The high-quality recycled linings provide radical stretch and comfort, allowing the suit to fit your body perfectly, like a second skin. Moreover, the material's compression recovery is better than traditional limestone-based neoprene, as proven in side-by-side tests over numerous recreational dives.
This suit uses Ocena®, a composite of natural rubber and recycled car tyres, which resists long-term compression. This material is made from USDA-certified 82% bio-based content and combined with recycled linings and water-based glues.

What makes Xenos ARC suit Oceanpositive?
Ocena® material is made from USDA-certified 82% bio-based content, and then combined with recycled linings and water-based glues to produce the Xenos Arc wetsuit.
Rubber is sourced from Forest Stewardship Council-approved, monitored plantations where the production of the raw material is actually carbon-fixing. The raw material is coloured and given additional UV resistance by the addition of recycled car tyres, keeping the suit softer and more stretchy for longer. This production technique also gives an overall 90% reduction in energy versus the production of fossil-fuel-based neoprene.
The manufacture of the material also reduces food waste and extremely damaging land use, by utilising the by-products of oyster production to make Calcium Oxide, which is traditionally sourced by mining limestone.
The suit lining is made using GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified recycled polyester, ensuring that we are contributing to the managed reduction of plastic waste into the environment, and the lamination of the material used water-based glues throughout.
